The Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA (LCB) hosts and manages the historical American Culinary Federation (ACF) Pittsburgh, PA Chapter. The officers of the chapter are instructors at the institute. The collection is a unique sampling of this PA specific organization that includes images, documents, awards, badges, etc. Because the LCB Pittsburgh faculty and staff support and oversee this organization, the L. Edwin Brown Library has agreed to house, create, and maintain this historical collection.
